NO HASSLE RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return an item purchased from our webstore, please navigate to your osmun.com customer account and review your past orders. Select the order from which you wish to return an item and select refund. That will send us a notification about your request. Mail your item back to us with the original invoice. Once it arrives, you will receive a notification from us on the status of your return.
Mouthpieces
We believe our mouthpiece return policy is one of the most liberal in the industry. We want you to feel confident in your choice. Mouthpiece components may be returned for a refund less a 10% restocking charge.
Components to be returned must be in new, resalable condition, with original packaging. (Light insertion marks are OK, at our discretion.) Components that have been damaged or modified in any way, custom components, or special orders are not returnable. The buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance charges.
Mouthpieces ordered with backbore and throat alterations and special orders cannot be returned.
Accessories
Accessories may be returned up to 14 days from receipt. Any returned accessories must be in new, resalable condition and include all the original packing materials, warranty cards, etc. The buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance charges in both directions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
