Giardinelli C series mouthpiece were among the most popular mouthpieces ever made. They were designed by James Chambers, legendary principal horn of the New York Philharmonic, under Bruno Walter and Leonard Bernstein. They're very deep and bowl shaped and ideally suited to large bell horns like the Conn 8D, Holton Farkas, Paxman 20, and Hoyer 6802/7802.
Models C1 thru C10 share the same cup. Models C12 and C15 are progressively shallower.
