Our Lawson Replica French horn rims are available in four rim contours P10G (oval), R10G (cushion), B23G (reverse peak, and KG (round) and four diameters .690, .695, .700, and .705. (All diameters are in inches.)
.690 and .695 diameters fit .660 cups. .700 and .705 rims fit .670 cups.
The "G" in the rim designation denotes an "einsetzen" rim. That is, a rim for players whose lips wrap around (or set into) the rim. Lawson originally made a separate "ansetzen" rim for players whose embouchure does not touch the outside of the rim. This rim is available on special order.
